Which Quality Should You Choose?
720p works well for most cases. It looks sharp on phones, tablets, and laptops while keeping file sizes reasonable. A 5-minute video at 720p is roughly 30-50MB.
1080p is the right choice for large displays or when you need the highest clarity. Expect roughly double the file size compared to 720p.
360p and 480p save storage space and download faster on slow connections. These work well for content where visual detail matters less -- like podcasts with static images or talking-head videos.
Audio Extraction
Select MP3 or WAV to extract just the audio track. MP3 at 192kbps produces small files that sound identical to the original for most listeners. WAV preserves every detail and works best for audio editing in tools like Audacity or GarageBand.
