Acceptance of Terms
By using kwebby.com, its free tools, the client portal or any Kwebby service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Free Tools
Kwebby's free tools are provided for information and productivity. Results come from automated checks and third-party data sources and can be incomplete or out of date. Check important results before you act on them. Some tools have daily or hourly usage limits to keep the service available for everyone; the limit is shown on the tool.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kwebby to break the law, infringe anyone's rights or harm other people or systems. In particular:
- Downloaders and converters: only save or convert content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for following copyright law and each platform's terms of service.
- Credit card generator and validator: generated numbers are test data that pass the Luhn check. They are not real cards, carry no funds and must only be used in test or sandbox environments. Never use them to attempt a purchase, sign up for a trial or deceive anyone.
- Fake address and identity generator: generated people, addresses and sample ID cards are fictional and marked as samples. Use them only for software testing, demos, design mockups and placeholder data. Never use them to impersonate anyone, pass identity checks or create accounts that require real details.
- Network and website checkers: only scan websites, domains and IP addresses you own or are allowed to test. Do not use the tools to probe, overload or attack systems.
- Automated access: do not scrape the tools, bypass usage limits or call Kwebby APIs from scripts without written permission.
Kwebby may block access, remove content or end accounts that break these rules.
Client Services
Paid work (web development, app development, SEO and related services) is governed by the proposal you approve in the client portal: scope, price, milestones and payment schedule. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the approved proposal applies to that project.
Intellectual Property
The kwebby.com site, its tools and its content belong to Kwebby and its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the tools or site content without written permission. Files you upload and results you create stay yours.
Limitation of Liability
The free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Kwebby is not liable for damages that come from using the tools or relying on their results.
Changes to Terms
Kwebby may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
